We will issue a full refund if we don't do ANY of the following.

  1. Print your artwork exactly as the approved PDF proof.
  2. Print your artwork on the exact material at the exact size ordered. (Please allow for a minimum of 1mm tolerance on the size ordered. Due to temperature fluctuation and printed ink coverage, the label material can contract.)
  3. Colour match to your approved print-ready PDF proof.
  4. Supply the correct quantity ordered.
  5. Pack your order professionally.

The price that you see on the website is the price you pay, including VAT and delivery. There are no hidden charges or extras.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Mastercard. We can also take payment via Paypal. We do not accept American Express cards/AMEX.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. We work very closely with Paypal to provide the most up-to-date security systems for handling online payments. Rest assured we take your security very seriously and will never store any payment details.

Can I pay by cheque?

You can pay by cheque but your order will need to be entered manually by one of our sales team. If you would like to pay by cheque please contact us on 01275 460 516. Please note that this may delay your order while funds clear.

We don’t have a company credit card, do you accept any other form of payment?

Yes we do. You can pay via BACS Transfer or Paypal Request. Your order will need to be processed manually by one of our sales team.

I am from a registered charity/ from an EU country. How do I make sure I am not charged VAT?

At checkout if you supply us with a current valid VAT number we can remove the VAT from your invoice. Please contact us on 01275 460 516 and we’ll arrange this for you.

What information do you store about me?

We only keep your name and/or company name, email and delivery address plus any details of previous orders. We store these details securely and do not share them with anyone else.

Returns Policy

We aim for all of our customers to be delighted with the service and labels provided by Handy Labels. However, we are all human, and if a mistake does happen, we do our very best to find a suitable resolution for you.

Faulty Products or Discrepancies with Approved Proof:
If your order is produced faulty, does not resemble your approved PDF proof or is not to your label specifications in terms of size (within our 1mm printer's tolerance) or material ordered, please let us know and we will look into refunding or reprinting your order.

Incorrect Quantity:
If the incorrect quantity of labels has been printed, we will look at rectifying this and sending you the remainder of your order as soon as possible.

Damaged in Transit:
If your order is damaged in transit, we will liaise with our courier to open a claim and look to refund or reprint your damaged labels.

Delivery Issues:
If your order is not delivered or is damaged, please report this to us within 14 days from dispatch. Outside of this window, we are unable to raise a claim with our courier and will no longer be able to issue a refund or reprint of your order.
