How do you earn Handy Points?
You will earn Handy Points when making an order. For every £1 you spend, you will earn 2 points (excluding VAT and delivery charges). You can also earn Handy Points in a number of other ways including sharing your purchases, leaving reviews and referring friends.
Do I need to pay delivery and/or VAT when I spend my Handy Points?
Yes, your Handy Points cover only the print value of your online order, (ex VAT, ex delivery), so you'll be required to pay VAT and delivery charges.
How do I refer a friend and when do I receive points for this?
You can refer a friend in the 'Refer a friend' tab section or from the main ‘Refer a friend' header menu. Share your link with a friend through email or social media. Once your friend has joined us and placed an order, you will receive 200 Handy Points. Your Handy Points are automatically added to your account and you can refer as many friends as you like.
Collecting Handy Points
The standard number of points you will earn for every £1 you spend on your product purchases (excluding delivery charges) on our website is 2 Handy Points.
After completing your purchase and once cleared payment is received, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Handy Points Account.
Handy Points are not available on VAT, delivery charges, cancelled or refunded orders.

Spending Handy Points
1 Handy Point is worth 1 penny to spend on products or delivery charges online at Handy Labels. We will not exchange Handy Points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
You can use Handy Points for part payments towards a product, order value or delivery charge (excluding VAT and delivery charges).
You will not qualify for further Handy Points, when you pay with points. Only the net amount you make payment for will qualify for points.
Points will not be available for any other discounts used.
