The reason Handy Labels was born

Our aim from the outset was to offer a great product and service, but most importantly to save our customers money without sacrificing on quality.

Handy Labels was born in 2007 by a couple of design and print loving individuals after realising there was a gap in the market for small to medium run labels and stickers. There were very few label companies offering a good selection of shapes, sizes and materials to instantly buy online at competitive prices. This is where we came in and have been ever since.

Where we're going

We have grown rapidly each year. Handy Labels has always been self-funded and self-motivated, and although we're still comparatively small in size we feel this is an advantage because we only answer to you, our customers.

As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), over 51% of Handy Brand is now owned by our dedicated team members. This transition has empowered our employees to take a more active role in the company’s success, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. The EOT model has not only enhanced our team’s commitment but also contributed to our strong retention and recruitment rates, ensuring that our customers continue to receive exceptional service and quality.

With over 44,000 happy returning customers - ranging from hobbyists and entrepreneurs through to multi-national corporate brands - you can rest assured that you are dealing with a quality brand who won't let you down and always try our best. With our large customer base comes a certain amount of automation, however every order is inspected manually by staff. We want nothing less than for you to be happy with your label order time after time. We think we have done a good job of this up to now, our return percentage of orders is less than 0.2%.

We are very proud of our customer service response time too. Queries are always returned same day, usually within an hour of your enquiry. Michelle and Jackie who run the customer service team are always willing to help you through every step of the order process or help answer any questions you may have.
