With our large customer base comes a certain amount of automation, however every order is inspected manually by staff. We want nothing less than for you to be happy with your label order time after time. We think we have done a good job of this up to now, our return percentage of orders is less than 0.2%.
We are very proud of our customer service response time too. Queries are always returned same day, usually within an hour of your enquiry. Michelle and Jackie who run the customer service team are always willing to help you through every step of the order process or help answer any questions you may have.
