Laminated vinyl stickers are the strongest, most durable sticker we have available. They are available in both matt or gloss finishes and can be kept in the harshest conditions for a prolonged period. Lamination is simply a method of manufacturing in multiple different layers, so the combination has more of the properties you desire than any of the individual materials. The laminate finish can also be written on with a fine-tip permanent marker if required. Don't worry about limiting your design; we produce laminated labels in any size and shape.
Our strongest, most durable product takes a standard vinyl base that is coated with a tough poly-vinyl carbonate layer. This comes in a choice of finishes of high gloss or a flat matt effect.
Adhesives and finishes
Our laminated vinyl labels come with a gloss or matt finish that gives the label a quality look and feel as well as excellent protection. Available in either a permanent or extra permanent (high-tack) adhesive; which we highly recommend if the label is being applied to a low energy surface. Your laminated label will be printed in high-quality CMYK with eco-solvent inks.

What can laminated vinyl stickers be used for?
There is no limit to the uses that they can be put to. However, we don't produce them with removable adhesive as it would be counter productive to make such a robust label that was easy to peel off.
What can you print on laminated vinyl labels?
Like all our labels, we can print anything you like on them. Custom stickers are just that, customisable. We do exercise the right to reject any designs that we deem inappropriate.
How strong is a laminated vinyl sticker?
They are the strongest that we produce and will survive the most punishing conditions while staying in pristine condition.
Can laminated vinyl stickers be used outside?
Yes, they will still look perfect after 7 gruelling years in the most adverse conditions in or outside, rain or shine.
What are laminated vinyl stickers made of?
The base is made from standard vinyl (PVC) which we print your design onto. Then we over laminate which protects the printed design from scuffs and scratches and can also be wiped clean.
