We have tried to make the order process as easy as possible:
STEP 1
Start by selecting the shape and material you would like. This can be done in a few different ways:
- Quick Label Search – Can be found at the top of the home page and is the fastest way forward if you already know what you need.
- Shape Options – Can be found next to the Quick Label search and will lead you to the material choices.
- Material Pages – We have links to information about all of our materials on the home page. This is perfect if you’d like to see what we offer and what will work best for you.
- Product Pages – We also have lots of helpful guidance for specific products for which labels are often used.
STEP 2
Input the custom size and orientation of your sticker. You can enter the width and height of your sticker or use one of our many template sizes.
STEP 3
Select the perfect adhesive for your purpose. There are 4 different adhesive types although not all of these are available for every material choice. Please take time to understand the differences so you can be sure to pick the right one for your purpose. If you’re unsure order a free sample pack, so you can test our materials and adhesives before ordering your stickers.
STEP 4
At the artwork step, enter the total amount of designs you need printing, then let us know if you need sequential numbers (e.g. 1-100) or variable data (e.g. barcodes/QR codes/different names/addresses). It’s now time to supply your artwork in one of the following ways:
- Upload your artwork file – If you need variable data, you can also supply your spreadsheet file here!
- Use our free online design tool – Create your own design or choose one of our pre-made designs.
- Ask us to design your artwork for you – Let us know what you’d like us to create for a £25+VAT fee.
- Email the artwork to us later – Send it to [email protected] once you’ve placed the order.
- Reprint a previous order – Give us your previous order number, and we’ll reprint it exactly as before.
STEP 5
Choose your total label quantity from one of the options or enter a custom amount.
*Multiple designs will be split among the total quantity ordered. For example - 100 qty x 10 designs = 1000 total qty.
STEP 6
Add the order to your basket and either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. At the checkout page you can add any necessary comments in the box provided, then input your delivery and payment details.
STEP 7
Once logged into your account, you can track the progress of your order in ‘My account’. We aim to get your PDF proof emailed to you for approval as soon as possible, usually within 24/48 hours. Once approved, we will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days and send it via a next-working-day delivery service. Please ensure you supply an email address so you can receive an email notification from our courier when the order is dispatched with your delivery date and one-hour delivery window.
