How long will it take for me to have my order in my hands?

It all depends on which delivery method you have chosen and the contents of your order.

After you place an order, we will email a PDF proof for you to approve. Once we’ve received your approval the clock starts ticking and we aim to print and despatch within 48 business working hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. It’s often quicker but to cater for almost all cases we set our benchmark at 48 hours.

If you live in a different EU country, including Southern or Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly or the Isle of Wight this is sent through a different delivery service, so allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

We always promise to do our best to produce and despatch your order within this time frame but on occasions, things do happen which are out of our control. We cannot accept responsibility or issue compensation for any delays in delivery. If your order is time sensitive please let us know before you place your order and we can advise you accordingly.

You can rest assured that getting your order to you in pristine condition in a timely fashion is our number one commitment to you, we will not rest until every step is taken to ensure this happens.

Do you produce your own labels or are they outsourced?

We believe in adding the personal touch to every order we produce so we do not outsource like other companies. This ensures that we’re only relying on our dedicated material suppliers and no third parties for printing. It also allows us to keep full control of print quality and colour consistency from job to job and is the reason why our turnaround times are extremely quick.
