How long will it take for me to have my order in my hands?

It depends on which shipping method you have chosen, your delivery address and the contents of your order. 
After you place an order, we will email a PDF proof for you to approve. Once we’ve received your approval we aim to print and dispatch within 48 business working hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Please note, if you live in an EU country, South or Northern Ireland, Southern Scotland, Isles of Scilly or Isle of Wight this is sent through a different delivery service, so allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

We will always do our level best to produce and dispatch your labels within our time frame but on occasions things happen which are out of our control, so we may not meet this. We cannot accept responsibility or issue compensation for any delays in delivery. If you let us know of any time sensitive orders upon ordering we will always try our utmost to fulfil these demands or advise you accordingly.

Do you produce your own labels or are they outsourced?

We produce all our labels in-house, we do not outsource like so many other companies. This ensures that we’re only relying on our dedicated material suppliers and no third parties for printing. This way allows us to keep full control of print quality and colour consistency from job to job and is the reason why our turnaround times are extremely quick.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the world. We work very closely with DPD to bring you a fast, simple and informative delivery service. This makes purchasing your quality labels and stickers from us an easy experience. You’ll be given a delivery window either via a text message or an email personally to you after your order is placed. You can even log onto the DPD website to watch the van that is carrying your parcel drive down your street! We use DPD to cover the mainland UK, Southern and Northern Ireland, Southern Scotland and most EU countries. Royal Mail First Class Post is used for all return address label orders.

How much does postage and packaging cost?

It depends what you’ve ordered and which shipping method you’ve selected. Our standard ‘next day delivery’ to any UK mainland address is already included within the price you see online, so no hidden surprises on checkout! We use a trackable 2 day service for deliveries to EU countries, Southern and Northern Ireland and Southern Scotland at an additional £4.80 which will be added to your total at the checkout process. Worldwide deliveries will be quoted and delivery times confirmed upon ordering. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Handy Brand UK Limited cannot accept any liability for any import duty that is levied by the destination country.

Will I be notified when my order is out for delivery?

UK customers choosing trackable delivery will receive text messages from DPD when their parcel is out for delivery (if a mobile number is provided). If you’ve supplied an email address, DPD will advise you through this as-well.


What happens to my delivery if I’m not at home?

As we use DPD we can leave your parcel in a designated place for ease. DPD will photograph your parcel left in i.e. garden shed, recycling box, porch etc. and email this information to us as proof of delivery. You can also change the delivery address, arrange collection from your local depot or leave with a neighbour via your email or text from DPD.

Can you deliver to a neighbour if we’re going to be out?

DPD can deliver to a neighbour if you’re out but please inform us of the house number your parcel requires to be left at.

What days do you send out orders?

Every weekday, Monday to Friday (also known as ‘business days’ or ‘working days’).

Do you offer any Saturday, Sunday or specifically timed deliveries?

Yes, we can also offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries along with specific timed deliveries. These options will be offered to you when you go through the order page on our website. If you require any assistance with this then please call us on 01275 460516.

Where are you based and can I collect from your HQ?

Our printing headquarters are in Portishead, Bristol BS20 7DF, England. You’re more than welcome to collect your order directly from our Handy Brand HQ, we’ll inform you with a collection time after your order is placed.

If I miss the delivery from DPD can I arrange to pick up from my local DPD depot?

Yes. There is a facility to do this via the email or text you receive from DPD. I want to place a large order and require different packs to be delivered to different places.

Do I still qualify for reduced shipping costs?

Sorry, no. Our prices are already extremely competitive, so there will be an additional charge of £7 per delivery address.

I need my order delivered sooner, can I pay extra for faster shipping?

No. As we use a next day service we cannot deliver any quicker. There may be something we can do to speed up the printing of your order, so please ask our friendly customer service team and we’ll do our utmost to help you.

Can you deliver to a PO Box address?

No sorry, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address

What if I have entered the incorrect delivery address?

If this is noticed before we’ve dispatched your order please telephone us immediately on 01275 460516 with the correct address. DPD will also email or text you details of where your parcel is to be delivered. If this is incorrect please contact DPD directly and inform them of the correct address. We will not accept any liability for delivery to a wrongly supplied address.

Can I use a different shipping address to my invoice address?

Yes you can. There will be an option on our website when placing your order to do this. Also we can deliver direct to your customer in plain packaging. For us to do this please inform us in the comments box upon ordering to make sure we’re aware. The invoice will be excluded from the parcel and sent via Royal Mail post directly to you.

Can I check the progress of my order?

Yes, all of your orders show up in your (my account) on our website, we’ll tell you if your order is being processed or has been dispatched via an email. DPD will email or text you a tracking number so that you can track your order
